Lord incarnates himself in this world in order to deliver the pious and to annihilate the miscreants, as well as to re-establish the religious principles. Lord Ramachandra is known to be ‘Maryada Purushottam’ since he demonstrated the principles practically in his life. During his reign, there were no thiefs or dacots, people did not have to lock their houses, this was the strong culture that ancient India had (Ram Rajya).
India is a land of varied diversities of rich culture and heritage. It has deep rooted connection with spirituality. The main reason behind India’s slavery is belief of people in such practices. If one follows the spiritual principles very strictly, there can be no chaos in the world.
There are many religious and national festivals celebrated in India such as Janamashtami, Ram Navami, Eid, Christmas etc. Among them, Ram Navami is one of the prominent festivals of Sanatan Dharma which is celebrated with great enthusiasm throughout the country. It falls on the ninth day of Chaitra maas (Hindu Calendar). Ramnavami marks the advent of Lord Ramachandra in this material world on the holy land of Ayodhya where he performed various pastimes as stated by Lord in Bhagwat gita (4.8)

Shri Chaitanya Prem Bhakti Sangh observes this important festival in the divine association of our beloved Spiritual Master. A nine day celebration involves recitation of Shri Ramcharit Manas By ‘Goswami Tulsidas’. The holy recitation takes place in congregation with musical instruments like mridanga, kartals & harmonium. However, it becomes more vigor by the presence of “Shrila Gurudev Maharaj” and enthusiastic young devotees. On the Day Of Ramanavami, Special Aarti is performed at 12 noon to welcome the Supreme Lord. Many Bhajans are also sung glorifying pastimes of the lord. Afterwards, grand feast of Ekadashi Prasad is organized as devotees observe fast on this day. The reason behind observing fast is that Lord is so merciful on such days. If we perform little tapasya, he can grant us many benedictions, so all the devotees honour many items like milk, curd, sweets made of milk, many types of fruits etc. The enthusiasm of devotees is maximum during this part of the festival & the festival ends with devotees taking prasad sumptuously.
To conclude, the main aim of organizing such festivals is to develop love towards the lord. Thus we invite everyone of you to join us for this mega event at Ajmer.
